The insurance company is not going to scrap Maybelline. They say she can be fixed. On the plus side, I don't have to rework the budget to accomodate the (still-to-be-found) dream house and an unexpected car payment.
Who am I kidding? I don't do budgets. I was an English major. But an unplanned car payment would have cut into my weekly Target shopping sprees. And that would suck.

I heart Target. Every time I go in there, I drop nearly $100 and I have no idea what the heck I bought!
that would suck. but i wonder how they can fix a car that went UP IN FLAMES and all.
I have no idea how they're going to fix it - and fix it for under $2000. Fire, to me, means totalled.
G is an attorney for the insurance company, so I'm pretty confident they're not screwing with us or anything. And, Maybelline is his car - and he says he's comfortable with driving her after it's fixed. Whatever...
Wowee! I would think fire would mean a total as well. Three cheers for the Target budget, hahaha.
